EZTR1 is a division of AKS Architectural & Engineering Services, LLP, created by architects and engineers serving New York City’s construction industry for approximately 40 years.
Special inspections became a central part of NYC construction compliance under the 2008 Construction Codes. EZTR1 was built to make qualified inspection services and practical information easier to access for architects, engineers, filing representatives, contractors, and building owners.
Today, the team supports small and medium projects across New York City, with project-specific review available for Long Island and elsewhere in New York State.
